3.5 ji56 reserves the right to suspend or close any account pending KYC verification, or if submitted documents are determined to be fraudulent, incomplete, or inconsistent with information provided at registration.
4.1 Deposits. ji56 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100. Deposits are credited to your ji56 wallet in accordance with each payment provider's processing timeline — GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited instantly.
4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods registered in your own verified name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200. ji56 processes GCash and Maya withdrawals within 5–30 minutes during operational hours. Bank transfers may require 1–4 business hours. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and completion of applicable wagering requirements.
4.3 Player Funds. ji56 holds all player deposits in segregated accounts separate from its operational funds. This arrangement ensures that player funds are protected and available for withdrawal at all times.
4.4 Currency. All transactions on the ji56 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). ji56 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. ji56 is obligated under Philippine AML regulations to monitor and report suspicious transactions. ji56 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any transaction pending an AML review, and to report any suspicious activity to the relevant Philippine authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
5.1 ji56 may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to individual terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods, which are published alongside the respective offer.
5.2 Bonus funds are separate from real-money balances and may only be withdrawn after applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Wagering requirements, time limits, and eligible games for each bonus are specified in the promotional terms.
5.3 ji56 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel promotions, or withhold winnings generated through bonus funds where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage, or any behaviour inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
5.4 Bonuses are issued to individual registered accounts and may not be transferred, sold, or combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.
6.1 All games offered on the ji56 Platform utilise Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by independent accredited testing laboratories. Game rules, return-to-player (RTP) rates, and house edges are disclosed within each game's information section.

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once applied, cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months for temporary exclusions or indefinitely for permanent exclusions.
8.3 Ji56 does not market to individuals who have applied for self-exclusion. If you receive marketing material after self-exclusion, contact support immediately.
8.4 In accordance with PAGCOR regulations, ji56 maintains a minimum gambling age of 21 years. Any account found to belong to an underage player will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the source payment method.

9.1 ji56 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the player has breached these Terms; (b) ji56 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) required KYC documents have not been provided within a reasonable period; or (d) a regulatory authority has directed ji56 to do so.
9.2 Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, ji56 reserves the right to withhold any funds in the account pending investigation. Where fraud or illegal activity is confirmed, such funds may be forfeited.
9.3 Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting ji56 support. Upon voluntary closure, all verified available balances will be refunded to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable processing period.
10.1 All content on the ji56 Platform — including but not limited to the ji56 brand, logo, game graphics, software, text, design elements, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of ji56 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine intellectual property law.
10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only. No content from the ji56 Platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from ji56.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ji56 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from: (a) technical failures or service interruptions; (b) unauthorised access to your account; (c) changes to Platform features or game availability.
11.2 ji56's total aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes ji56's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 Ji56 processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.2 Ji56 will not sell, rent, or disclose personal data to third parties except as required by PAGCOR regulations, AML reporting obligations, or a lawful order of a competent Philippine authority.
13.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the ji56 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
13.3 Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact ji56 support to attempt resolution through direct negotiation. Ji56 is committed to resolving player disputes in good faith and in a timely manner.
13.4 Players may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR as the competent licensing authority.
14.1 Ji56 may amend these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Revised" date. Where changes are material, registered players will be notified via their registered email address or through an in-platform notification.
14.2 Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.
